Kvia charges have a clear, upfront, open and honest pricing system. Our rates are clearly shown here on our website We have a one hour minimum charge but thereafter we charge in 30 minute increments so you’re only paying for the time worked by our engineer. Our engineers will always show a comprehensive description of work carried out and a full breakdown of labour and material charges are shown on all invoices. There is no call-out charge and customers are not charged for travelling time, parking, Congestion charge, and there are no other hidden charges.

Hourly Rates:

There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to 20.0% VAT.

Fixed Price:

Our engineer will give a verbal or written quote if requested before work commences. All quotations are subject to 20.0% VAT.
