Nicola Vaughan

After Nicola completed her Business Administration course level 3, she did a managing directors course at one of our local Birmingham colleges.

Nicola has created this business with her husband to be a family based business, including her daughter as her Co- Director.

Nicola Takes care of all the domestic side of the company, including payroll, invoicing, customer service and apprentice Co-ordinator.

Shannen Vaughan

Shannen has completed her education at Woodrush High School, her GCSE's. She started secondary school in 2006 and finished in 2011. In 2011 She enrolled at Woodrush Sixth Form completing her A-levels. Her further education continued at Solihull College completing her Level 1 AAT Course, overall passed the interactive exam with 95%. Currently she is at South Birmingham City College trying to complete her Business Administration Level 2, Also retaking her functional skills for the future.

Shannen's Qualifications that she had completed at Woodrush High School, Woodrush Sixth Form, Solihull College:

• BTEC NVQ Equivalent Science- A

Shannen's aim is to run the company in her Mother and Father's footsteps. Shannen wants to complete more business course's at college to get an experienced outcome.
