Vaillant - Which

Vaillant received excellent results in a UK boiler reliability and customer satisfaction survey conducted by independent consumer publication Which? The survey asked 3,783 Which? Connect members who’d had a gas boiler installed since 2005 how satisfied they were with it and whether they would recommend the brand to a friend. Vaillant achieved the best score of all the boiler brands surveyed – a score of 84%.

The survey also asked consumers for their feedback on product reliability, and again Vaillant came out with the top score. The reliability rating is based on the proportion of boilers that required repair, adjusted by age to ensure a fair representation.

Which? has also independently tested two sizes of the Vaillant ecoTEC plus boiler – the 824 and the 831 – for reliability and awarded ‘Best Buy’ status to both. The magazine paid tribute to the efficiency of the ecoTEC plus, noting that it was one of the few boilers tested that qualified for the SEDBUK ‘A’ band.
